1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CareerTwin ("the Service"), provided by CareerTwin AI Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Regional Usage & Eligibility

The Service is available globally but intended for users in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and India. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• EU/UK Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw. However, by using our AI generation features, you acknowledge that the digital service has begun performance, and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal regarding consumed credits.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your Dashboard. Access continues through the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property & AI Content

Your Input: You retain ownership of the resume and data you upload.
AI Output: Subject to applicable law, we assign to you all right, title, and interest in the specific Output generated for you by the Service, provided you have complied with these Terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

For US Users: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
For EU/UK Users: Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. For other losses, we are liable only for foreseeable damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

US Residents: All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (Class Action Waiver).
EU/UK Residents: You may bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
India Residents: Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India (if applicable entity presence) or Delaware (if US entity).
