Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions for improved user trust. However, this is subject to our fair use policy regarding consumed resources (see below).

2. Digital Content Waiver (EU/UK/Consumer Rights)

Important: By clicking "Generate", "Audit", or otherwise converting your subscription credits into AI content, you acknowledge that we have commenced the immediate performance of the digital contract.YOU THEREFORE EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL under consumer protection laws (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive) regarding any portion of the service already consumed.

3. Usage-Based Limitations

If you request a refund within the 14-day window:

  • Unused Account: Full refund.
  • Partially Used Account: We may deduct a pro-rated amount based on the intense computational cost of the AI tokens consumed (e.g., $X per generated podcast minute).
  • Heavily Used Account (>20% credits): No refund will be issued.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard settings to prevent future renewals. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
